Shipping Policy

All of our products will be shipped out to you within 2 business days after your payment has cleared. We ship via UPS Only.

Products Damaged During Transit: We insure all shipments. If your item is damaged in transit we will work with you to get a replacement ASAP. To ensure quick processing, be sure to note the damage to the delivery agent and notify us within 72 hours of delivery or as soon as you possibly can. We will then provide a shipping label for the damaged product (at our expense) & get your replacement product shipped to you ASAP.

We are sorry, we are no longer shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPOs, etc. due to the high cost of shipping via the USPS. We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Your money will be immediately refunded in the event of any accidental purchaes from these locations.

Return Policy

We guarantee ALL of our products to be 100% free of any factory defects and to be in 100% working order when you receive the product. We perform Quality Inspection on ALL of our products. However, we are only human…so…if we DO make a mistake and miss something, please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a Defective Product. We will ship out a new replacement product to you ASAP (shipping prepaid) and will pay the return shipping cost of the defective product.

We take great pride in offering 100% quality products to all of our new and future customers. If you feel that the product you received from us is in ANY way not at what we promised, please notify us and we will make sure that you are 100% satisfied.

Shipping Note: Shipping & Handling is FREE to the contiguous 48 States via UPS Ground or USPS. We CANNOT ship main units to PO Boxes. We are working on shipping solutions for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, The Virgin Islands, APO's or FPO's and Canada.
