The Model 4010-PRO-X has two Temperature Displays on the LED Display (One for Setting the Temperature and the other Showing the Real Temperature), 3 Programmable Presets for Soldering Iron Temperatures, an Adjustable Sleep Timer (0 to 30 Minutes) with Auto Cool Down when it goes to sleep, a Programmable Temperature Calibration Function (± 99°C), a C/F (Celsius/Fahrenheit) Program, and a Lock/Unlock for All Set Temperatures and/or Functions.

This unit Features a PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) Technology Program built into it which is commonly referred to as Magic Temperature Compensation Technology. This program cycles every 20 milliseconds to detect the actual temperature of the soldering iron's heating element/soldering tip and quickly corrects it with a rapid return to the correct set temperature. This Magic Temperature Compensation Technology also helps keep the soldering iron at a constant temperature no matter what type of job you are working on. This unit also has a Self Test Function with Full Intelligence on Over-Temps, Short Circuits, and Overloads.

Included with the X-Tronic 4010-PRO-X is the Main 75 Watt Power Unit (60 Watts for the Soldering Iron & 15 Watts for the Soldering Iron Mother Board) with a Very Comfortable Ergonomic Grip Soldering Iron, 5 Extra Sizes/Styles of Soldering Tips, a Brass Sponge Soldering Tip Cleaner, a Wet Sponge, a Solder Sucker, a Pocket Pack Roll of 60-40 (Tin-Lead) Rosin Core Solder, Stainless Steel Pinpoint Tweezers, and an Anti-Static Grounding Alligator Clip (all shown in the 1st photo above).

We used Highly Visible White LED's for the Display Screen on our 4010-PRO-X (shown in the 2nd photo above). You will be Pleasantly Surprised how Easy it is to read the Numbers and Symbols on the Display. You will also want to notice the Calibration Buttons on the Upper Left, the 3 Temperature Presets & the Set/Program C/F Button on the Bottom, and the Temperature Up & Down Buttons on the Upper Right.

A 100% Silicone Power Unit Base & Tool/Parts Holder is also included with this unit (shown being used in the 3rd photo above) This photo shows how the Heat Resistant Silicone Mat can be used to organize some of your small tools, soldering tips and parts from the PCB you may be working on. We think you will find that you will Really Appreciate how Handy this added Accessory will be.

Besides the Wet Sponge included with the Soldering Iron Holder to clean your soldering tips, we have also Included a Brass Sponge (shown in the first photo above) that is located inside the soldering iron holder. Take a look at the photo and the Arrow shows you where you can slide your soldering iron in and out of the hole in the Silicone Insert to clean your soldering tip and the Wet Sponge is Conveniently Located just below on the Soldering Iron Holder.

The On/Off Switch and Receptacles for the Power Plug, Grounding Wire, and Soldering Iron Power Cord are All located on the Back of the Main Power Unit (shown in the 2nd photo above). We might mention that you are Really Going to Like the Soldering Iron Cord plugged into the back of this unit. That means you will Not have Any Cords coming out of the Front of the unit that will be in your way when you are working on a project!

As we mentioned above, the Plug In for the Soldering Iron is located at the Back of the Power Unit and we did this so the Soldering Iron Cord would not be in your way while you were working. Due to this improvement we have included an attachable extension that will hold your soldering iron cord above the unit to keep it out of your way when you are working (shown in the 3rd photo above). You will absolutely Love this Feature!

The 1st photo above shows the 60 Watt Soldering Iron with a Very Comfortable Ergonomic Grip that comes with this unit. The Temperature Range of this Soldering Iron is 392°F~932°F/200°C~500°C with a Temperature Stability of ±3.6°F/2.0°C.

The 2nd photo above shows the 5 Extra Sizes/Styles of Soldering Tips that also come with this unit. There is 1 of Each of the Following Sizes/Styles Included: 1 Each T-1, 1 Each T-B, 1 Each T-3C, 1 Each T-2.4D, and 1 Each T-K. All Soldering Tips are manufactured from High Quality Copper and Coated with Nickel Chromed Alloys for Strengthening the Hardness of the Tips.

Although the X-Tronic 4010-PRO-X is ESD Safe, for further protection of the PCB you might be working on we have included an Anti-Static Grounding Alligator Clip (shown in the 3rd photo above). An Anti-Static Grounding Wire is a Safety Device used to channel Static Electricity to a Proper Ground while working on sensitive computer boards, mobile phone boards, etc. or any PCB. Just plug it into the back of the soldering station and Clip it to the PCB you are working on.

For your Convenience we have added a Soldering Sucker De-soldering Pump included with this Complete Package (shown in the 1st photo above). This Tool has a Good Bit of Suction and its Simple Design allows Easy One Handed Use with its Compact and Light Weight Design.

There is also a Roll of 60-40 (Tin-Lead) Rosin Core Soldering in a Dispenser Tube (shown in the 2nd photo above). The Size of the Solder is 0.039" (1 mm) in Diameter and the Weight is 0.42 Ounces (12 g). This Pocket Pack of Solder Wire is easy to store and/or keep in your pocket for easy access.

The 3rd photo above shows the Precision Tweezers that also comes with this Unit. These Pinpoint Tweezers are made of Stainless Steel that is Anti-Static with a Non-Magnetic Baked on Paint used on the Surface which is Resistant to most Acids and other Corrosive Substances.

The Heat Resistant Non-Slip Silicone Power Unit & Tool/Parts Holder that comes with our X-Tronic 4010-PRO-X Soldering Station (shown in the 1st photo above) measures 10-5/8" x 5-3/4". This mat was NOT meant to be used as a Repair Mat like all of the ones you see being sold on Amazon right now. However if you feel that you would like to use it as a Mini Repair Mat instead of setting your soldering station on it, then please feel free to do so. The Soldering Station has Non-Slip Rubber Feet on the Bottom of the Unit also.
